Income Survey

The Lost Bridge Village Water and Sewer Department is having an income survey done so that we can hope to get grants for projects that we need to do with our water and sewer system. We had this same company and survey done 5 years ago. These surveys are only good for 5 years. We ask that you please fill out the survey and mail it back. None of the information is shared with us. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us at the water office.
